JampCom is a telecommunications service provider headquartered in the Midwest. Though smaller than its large, corporate competitors, the telcomm outfit won significant market share in areas underserved by larger providers. On the strength of excellent customer support and personal attention of its sales reps, JampCom continues to grow in a tight market.
The company's founder, Jack Pittman, designed his original mark, but later realized that his brand needed to grow visually too. Our solution to JampCom's identity problem was to focus on the person-to-person strengths of the company. By minimizing the oft-intimidating tech aspects of the business and reducing the message to its essence, we redesigned JampCom's identity. Our team also authored a simple tagline, "Connecting People", which became the driving force behind all consumer-facing marketing.
