A cluster of oceanfront "beach house" condos dot the Islamorada Key off the coast of Florida. These luxury suites are locally-owned and operated, catering less to Floridian tourists and partygoers, and target a more discerning clientele looking for quiet, upscale relaxation along the Florida Bay.

Ocean Dawn wanted an upscale, unusual mark that would appeal to its off-the-tourist-strip clientele, reflecting a hint of whimsy with classic beauty. An amalgamated symbol of sun and shell seemed to strike the perfect balance between luxury and levity.
